The Congress Venue Hotel has been booked for the Conference to accommodate as many attendees as possible in the same venue. A block of rooms has also been reserved at a walking distance hotel.

You may reserve and pay for your accommodation at these hotels from your account within our registration area, pay with your credit card, paypal account or bank transfer and be refunded in case of cancellation according to the policy stated below.

CITY TAX: a fee of € 6 per person per night spent at the hotel is requested by the City of Rome in addition to the room rates.

All bookings are pre-paid. Reservation will be confirmed as soon as the payment is received.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For any cancellations received before June 30th, 2017: total refund of hotel bookings, minus 6% for banking and administrative fees.
  • From July 1st to August 20th 2017: 50% of the total cost of the cancelled rooms will be retained.
  • From August 21st 2017 to September 10th, 2017: 70% of the total cost of the cancelled rooms will be retained.
  • No refund will be possible after September 10th, 2017.

Agency fees are non-refundable.

Name change is possible without penalty until September 1st, 2017.

GROUPS

The online pre-registration system allows for one registration at a time with one email address per user. If you wish to register a group, please download the excel file (“Group Registration“), complete it with your guests details and preferences and send it to the Organising Secretariat. A recap of the registration and services can be sent to each guest by the Organising Secretariat with updated information. Please note that a fee is mandatory for group registration and bookings.

The Organising Secretariat can assign a dedicated person of its team to deal with each sponsor’s group from registration to on-site assistance.

Our proposal of a cheaper 3-star hotel will be available soon on this website as soon as verified by us.
